Create DirectShow graph

I need the following: * Create a DirectShow graph that will capture ATSC analog TV input from a Hauppage video tuner (or other tuner you might suggest), process it through a series of filters, including a Resizer (1280x720), and create an H.264 MP4 video file. The graph will be defined more completely with the chosen developer. Video capture hardware will be provided for the developer. * Create a C# class that will use the DirectShow graph to capture analog video and store it as an H.264 MP4 file. The following methods will be provided: - SetChannel: Set the input channel for the video card and prepare for recording. - StartRecording: Build the graph defined above and run it on new thread for output to the MP4 file. - StopRecording: Stop capturing and recording and discard the graph created in StartRecording. The target platform is Windows 7 32-bit. (NOTE: This is simplification of the prior project and replaces those requirements.)
