Capturing video/snapshots from web-camera

We need program module, which can: * capture snapshots from web-camera (as BMP or JPG image); * capture video stream from web-camera and pass data captured after some interval (e.g. 1 second) to main application via some callback interface; * provide interface for displaying data obtained in p.2 above on some window. Requirements: * compatible with Windows 2000/XP/2003/Vista/2008/R2/7, both 32 and 64 bit; * do not use GPL or LGPL components; or large 3rd party libraries/components; * preferred: use only standard interfaces, like DirectX; do not use VfW. * the module should be realized as dynamic library written and compiled with Visual C++ or Borland C++ Builder or Delphi. * Module should provide option to select a source (i.e. use one selected web-camera from several installed on computer); * capturing module should not display any dialogs, prompts or messages. All error reporting and other communication should be made with main program only via some API; * do not create intermediate files in the process of capturing, at least warn us in your bid if these files are required, and what files and where will be created.
