Bug fix in DLL source files written on VC

Hello, We have a project (DLL) which was written on VC. The DLL contains several functions to work with network (TCP) traffic. To say shortly - it handles all HTTP traffic for given program (mainly browsers) and tunnel them to given host. The DLL works fine with 3 browsers: Opera, Safari, Google Chrome. The main problem is Internet Explorer (does not work at all) and Firefox (in some cases it generates ‘connection closed’after successful request). We need EXPERIENCED developer who can find and fix that bug. The budget for bug fix is 50-100 USD depend on the problem by itself (but I think it will be easy, since program works just fine with 3 other browsers).
