Auto bidding script for penny auction site

I am looking for an auto bidding script to help me manage the bidding process on penny auction. I'd like to be able to set parameters such as: 1) item # to make bids on. 2) Bid timing (i.e. 1-2 seconds before auction end) 3) Specific price when the auto bidder should stop. 4) Be able to monitors multiple products 5) Simple and strait forward!
