1.) Nag screen
Must be setup as dynamic by implementing a server client interaction so every time the app launches, it checks with the server and gets the latest version of the nag screen. I'd like to be able to edit the nag screen on the server.
To primarily be used in the free version, but also integrated in the paid version (unlocked), in case I choose to make it free with all content for a limited time.
For now I just want the default blue nag screen that you see when you open a free app. Something like:

1.) Ads
Small banner ad at the bottom of the free version (just above the menu tabs) and the unlocked version (will be turned off, but must be setup to run ads in both FREE & UNLOCKED). The ads must be integrated with Adwhirl!
I have an Adwhirl account and it must be tied into the add intergration.
Free version, normal integration.
Paid / unlocked version will not have remove ads in app purchase choice because we'll make it clear that unlocking all the content also removes the ads.
