Developer of Audio and Video processing apps

We seek the expertise of a developer/team who can enhance our current product. Our software is now available in two versions (Windows and Mac). For its Mac version, the enhancement is already underway and development will soon start for its iPhone counterpart. What we are looking for is someone who can deliver the two new features of the app which are the ff.: 1. Chord recognition 2. Video editing (changes in pitch and speed settings for saving and export) These will not be difficult for someone who is an expert in C#/C++, Delphi, Usability Design and has previous proven experience in developing audio and video applications.
