I am looking to hire someone to create a simple app for smart phones. Start with an app for android. Following this, there may be additional work in creating an iPhone app, and then potentially continuous work.

Skills required:
* Android app development

App design will:
* either automatically locate user via GPS or allow user to insert their location
* be user friendly and have a good looking interface
* allow user to insert basic search criteria
* based on location, will return information for local stores of best prices
