I'm currently using a 32 bit 3rd-party software (no source code) that uses Extended MAPI to send email by inserting into Outlook PST*, presumably via [login to view URL] (coder to investigate and confirm prior to confirmation of job). However, since Outlook 2010 is no longer for sale, and Outlook 2013 doesn't work on Windows XP, I'm searching for coder to create a Custom DLL (in place of [login to view URL]) that can capture and response to MAPI calls from the 3rd-party software and then send the email data to a localhost SMTP Server. For testing purpose, you must also build a client software that calls this custom DLL in a continous stress test mode. See attachment for complete description and diagrams. Thanks.

we have experience with extended MAPI. We have developed custom utility that works on Win XP-Win8 x32/x64. It even can send email through Outlook or smtp server by one flag. but your request is not clear - do you want some dll that substitute MAPI call from some your application? or you just need some dll/utility that sent email?

I have 20+ years experience programming in many languages including delphi, though not for some time, but I can deliver your product using VS 2010 as well.
