CRM Software for Manufacture Company -- VB/Access

Hello Freelancers, We are looking for the correct team for the job, the job is to create Accounting Software for our Manufacturing Company. This accounting software will need to be completed with several sections including: - Customer Information - Quotes - Purchase Orders - Sales Orders - Inventory and more... We want the software to be updateable, right now, the priority is creating the first three steps in our accounting process, Inputing Customer Information --> Inputing Quotes --> Inputing Purchase Orders. Once we receive this, and we train our employees to use the software, we will update it with the new versions with the new sections. We had a programmer being to create a program however it is full of bugs and errors, the one thing we liked was the design and layout of the software and the way the forms were layed out for our employees. This software will be given to you to review upon receiving the winning bid or in our discussions. Each section has specifcations on how it should run, and of course this information will be given to you. We need an overall quote to figure out the costs for this project. The databases have been written, but written poorly... you may need to rebuild the databases, we can input the old information. +++++++++ Some More Information ++++++++++ Software must be able to have multiple users accesing it at one time. Usernames and Passwords are not neccessary if the costs are going to be high for this. Inputted Data must be editable through the same or separate form Printing of Quotes and Purchase Orders is a must, we will provide the form layout. The software must be able to run on XP and Vista. -------------------------------------------------- Obviously there is a lot more to discuss, we are looking for someone that can is not extremely busy and can give ths project the attention it deserves, someone that can correspond with us eithier daily or every couple days, and someone that is available to do updates.
