Application Interface

I need a provider to create an interface between my web-hosted application and another application. My application (a performance management/measurement tool) has customer subscribers who also enter and manage their records on a data base called Raiser's Edge. Customers using my application would through this new interface connect in real-time to their respective data bases and upload selective data into my application where the data can be analyzed against target data and displayed through dashboards.
