Cost structure analysis (Native Bangladeshi only)

I am looking for a native bangladeshi to conduct a cost structure analysis as well as list additional country specific information. The analysis should be made to evaluate the full cost structure for a year for an outsorucing team in bangladesh. I need to have information on the following that should be named if possible with the source of the information: Realistic average salary of a skilled 3D Designer (Autodesk Maya Software) that speaks fluent english and will act as chief of the team. Her/His task will be to organize working shedule, choose, hire and train further designer and all other tasks that are necessary to keep the team working (sales/marketing is not his/her task as the jobs will be provided). Realistic average salary of a 3D Designer (Autodesk Maya Software). His/Her task is to perform the actual job. The task is a rather simple 3D Modeling based pon input images that does not require creative skills. So the requirement is not a top level 3D Designer. All payroll related additional cost like social security, taxes that have to be covered by employer Standard number of working days per week. Standard number of personal holidays for employees per year. Number of national holidays (and their dates) Extra cost that are paid in average for working at night and working on national holidays Average cost to rent an office, size enough space to place a team of up to 15-20 Designers. Cost for Internet , telephone, Air conditioning (Heating / Cooling ), Power Cost for forming a legal company Cost for necessary company related task such as book keeping, bank account cost, tax reports etc. Other company related cost such as taxes etc. Any other cost that are encountered when operating such a team In addition to the above cost structure any project related information would be highly appriciated. For example preferable city to place such a team to find the according number of staff (close to universities for example) in relation to cost (city vs. Landscape). Any specific cultural aspects that could have an impact on the task.
