I have a list of 13,000 emails that I will need to send out. The winner will need to create a quick and easy html email with our logo and just letting people know of our new site. This is not a opt in list and was bought. I need a very efficient server and a high success rate. DO NOT BID if my email will be spend spam. Payment will only be paid after success of project!!! I will need a way to see the open rate etc. on the emails sent.
