Buildout a Wordpress Template with Visual Composer

I need 5 pages built on a site that has already been hosted. The previous installer didn't have what it takes to build what I want. I need a camtasia video posted on the first page with links to another page that has sign up through Mail Chimp and a third page that has downloadable docs for someone to fill out and resubmit to me via online or fax. The 4th page will be "about us". The 56h page will be a blog.
