develop house Plans & 3D Rendering Photo realistic images

We need someone to convert two house fascade image(s) into models that can have colour schemes applied with the sole aim of producing high resolution images to be used for marketing. we need only the fascade modelled and can supply full working drawings to create the correct scale. We will provide the present low res images which we have, see sample. i will supply a high quality of rendering required and the basic level of floor plan required. Successful completion will result in us inviting you to develop 10+ further models and photo realistic renders/images as well as colour schemes for internal rooms further along. Please provide some photo-realistic or computer generated renderings that you have made in the past
