I am looking for an architect to design clubrooms for a sporting club, I really want a very creative design while maintaining a very tight budget on this project, so use of materials, layout, fittings etc will be key.. Design must be Environmentally Sustainable Design I am also wanting to explore the idea of constructing as modular design if this may save some budget. I will be needing 2 -3 exterior renders and 2 - 3 internal renders of the project. I will provide floorplan to best possible applicants
