Author P&R, SEO, and Promotions, promotions, promotions.

I am an Author looking to become more well known for my work. I need promo work done. This is to be done in FOUR stages: 1. In this venture I am looking for a Wikipedia page to be built about ME for promotion and public relations. I want the Wikipedia page complete with a bibliography table listing my two completed novels, as well as a listing of my "novel in progress". I will send the pertinent information when accepted . 2. In this part I am wanting SEO service to build up my name in the search engines when people are looking for a horror/suspense novel to purchase. I don't know how SEO is done, but I do know that it is important to easily and quickly find my name listed when people are looking for a horror novel. Keywords that are popular, not narrow. 3. I want my name to be mentioned "in a professional manner" in blogs, chats, and a "Buzz" created about me, my newest novel, and where it can be purchased. 4. I want a fan page built on Facebook for my novel. Not a page in my name , but a fan page built like you are the fan and seeking likes. This project will take a while (2 weeks - 1 month) but I do expect the initial Wiki to be built with 48 Hours of acceptance. I will be paying several payments until completed.
