Banner for celebrity site

Hello I need a banner re-designed for my celebrity site. Size: 450x80 Background color: #600405. Please go to the site, www.celebrity.is. Please select the language of your choice. You see the banner in the top-left corner of the site. This is the banner that needs to be redesigned. The image in the left corner (a celebrity in a car), along with the target and star, need to be used in the redesign. Also the camera on the right of the banner. Not necessarily exactly as they are but close. But other elements of this banner need to be redesigned. The PSD version of the banner is attached. You are to make two versions of the banner, for two different domains: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Any images you need for the banner please pick them from the gallery on the site, there are over 7000 images to choose from. NOTE: You may not show the face of a celebrity in the banner. NOTE: I am seeking an artist who does not need to do many revisions. I want this to be right the first time. DELIVERY: I need the banner in PSD format with all layers intact, the text layer included. PAYMENT is through GAF only, escrow for entire amount at the beginning of project, release of escrow upon release of psd files. Thank you for your interest. Jens
