Banner Design (Many / Bulk Package)

Please quote on the following. We need a header image for the following categories. (See attached file, [login to view URL]) We would like the following specifications of the header images: * The images need to demonstrate a graphical representation of the categories, each banner being for each category (please price job for total cost of whole job). * Width 960 x Height 174. * Images need to be saved as jpg files. * Images can be no larger than 20 kb * Images need to be saved exactly as the category has been writen. (e.g. build-muscle, save image as "build-muscle.jpg") If you are interested in the work please let us know a time frame of when you can have it completed by and price(total price for a banner for each category) . * If possible please demonstrate that you can complete the work by creating 3 images of any of the listed categories, with the above specifications.
