CIVIL Engineering DESIGN AND AutoCAD DRATING

I have template files (DWG) and would like to change that to match the hand drawing that I have. The work needs to be done in AutoCAD. There are parts of project that you need to use ETABS to design a one-story moment frame. I will give you instruction and loads and template for the ETABS and you only need to design it. MUST HAVE GOOD ENGLISH LANGUAGE KNOWLEDGE MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK ENGLISH OVER SKYPE MUST BE FAMILIAR AND EXPERIENCED WITH ETABS MUST BE FAMILIAR AND EXPERIENCED WITH AUTOCAD MUST BE A CIVIL ENGINEER WITH AT LEAST 1-2 YEARS POST GRADUATION MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE CLEARLY AND USE WINDOWS
