Small external MySQL database with 3 fields (ID reparation, Customer ID, Status) Request: from main IVR the customer if press 1 can hear the status of reparation inserting : first reparation number (6 digits) and second customer number (7 digits). Query to MySQL to get the Status of reparation (text). Say status (text). Play goodbye MP3. Hangup
