We are looking for Content Writer for a fast-paced startup focusing on a niche Travel space, to produce original and curated content for our home page to entice our Target audience.
The candidate would provide content on various topics and themes including travelogues and experiences, Travel guides, Travel packages and deals & more . You will work directly with company leadership to develop and proactively implement brand awareness, content, and marketing initiatives. If you are selected to join our team you will be asked to provide original articles for our blog, and newsletter.
THE JOB:
Contributing and enhancing story ideas based on the company's voice and tone.
Attend weekly meetings with Content Manager
Editing, proofreading, fact checking content
Creating compelling descriptions for travel locations, amenities, activities, deals, itineraries
Work with marketing team on content strategy
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Exceptional writing skills
Travel blogging and travel website content writing experience highly desirable
Familiarity with web publishing tools
Ability to work under deadlines and appropriately prioritize tasks
Variety of interests and eye for provocative content
Well organized and self motivated
You are a pro-active problem solver, who can google or dig deeper to find out what you need
Understanding and awareness of the Travel market and Target users.
