I would like the freelancer to interview an owner or head baker/chef of a successful local bakery or pastry shop. The bakery/pastry shop needs to be originated from the country (no international franchise). It needs to have local influences in terms of flavors, techniques. Please ask questions like: - Write a background of the bakery/pastry shop - Write credentials of the chef - Add questions about the business side like how did you come up with the concept of the shop. - Take photos of some of the signature baked products - Add questions regarding the use of local ingredients - is it hard to use local ingredients? what are the benefits of using the local ingredient. - What is next for the bakery/pastry shop - How do they create a new item in their shop Countries like the following are welcome as we concentrate on the Asian market: -Japan -Korea -Taiwan -Indonesia -Hong Kong -Singapore -China -Malaysia
