Content Writing: Suburbs

We are seeking people to write profiles for suburbs in the following fashion: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The writer must source the following information: History of the suburb Demographics of suburb Transport options for the suburb Centres of Commerce Housing Profile Certain information are sourced from the same website (e.g. Wikipedia). Once the based information is sourced, The writer must write the opening paragraph (each suburb must have a unique opening paragraph, the writer may choose to integrate information from the sourced information of the suburb to write this) and restructure obtained information into it's relevant headings so that it will pass as unique content (i.e. at least 70% different from the source material). Guidelines will be provided for what information must be included into the opening paragraph (key words). The key deliverable is the suburb, The written piece must be submitted with full references in the form of footnotes for easy quality control checking. The project details: 1) The project scope is the completion of 800 suburbs profiles. Note: We have put in this advertisement as rate per hour, however the project will be paid at RATE PER COMPLETED SUBURB. 2) At the end of every week the completed suburbs must be submitted for quality control. The suburbs that do not pass quality control will be sent back to the writer. Upon passing quality control we will pay 50% of the agreed rate per completed suburb. 3) The time frame for completion will be 10 weeks from an agreed date and will be strictly enforced. There will be a penalty if the work is not completed by the agreed date. The writer will agree to complete a number of suburbs by the end of the 10 weeks. It is anticipated that by the 10th week all submitted suburbs for that week will be pass quality control on the first go. A leeway of up to 3 suburbs will be given (i.e if you submit 50 completed profiles in the final week and 3 or less are rejected, it is considered you completed 50 for the final week, however if 4 or more are rejected no such leeway will be applied). If the time target is met (10 weeks) and the agreed amount of suburbs are completed in that time-frame, the remainder of the agreed rate per completed suburb will be paid. However if the writer fails to meet the quota (subject to before mentioned leeway), the writer would be in breech of the time-frame agreement and would forfeit their rights to the the remainder of the agreed rate per completed suburb. Please note that clause 3 is put in place to prevent people from bidding for this project who won't see it through to completion or misrepresent about time frames. Please submit a bid based on you CAPABILITY and CAPACITY. You as the writer should tell us how many suburbs you are capable of completing within 10 weeks (we are willing to split this project among multiple writers). If you bid on this project and fail to meet the time-frame and targeted number of completed suburbs clause 3 will be strictly enforced subject to leeway. We expect the completed suburb to be of similar quality to that in our website. Please bid knowing that we require each writer to at least be able to complete 200 suburbs in a 10 week period. All bids that are below 200 suburbs will not be entertained. We stress that bid based on RATE PER COMPLETED SUBURB not RATE PER HOUR. Please submit all bids in the form of (1) RATE PER HOUR, (2) NUMBER OF HOURS NEEDED and (3) AMOUNT OF COMPLETED SUBURBS TO BE COMPLETED IN TIME FRAME (Set at 10 weeks).
