Copy posts from my old blog to new site

I have an old blog at [url removed, login to view]
There are about 285 posts that need to be copied and pasted to my new website, because the old blog platform doesn't let you export your content. The site is not yet constructed, but the wordpress is functional and I can make you an account there for the project.
Only the text (and headers of course) needs to be copied and pasted with correct paragraphs, you don't need to copy the photos.
Important: When pasting, set the post to its original puhlishing date.
