Apartment rental and listing with e-commerce

We are looking for a ready source for apartment rental and listing site. We need a database that we can access using a module for our admin. We should be able to upload pictures of apartments and videos (optional), and need detail list features. We will provide with the list of features to be considered. Apart from above details, we need a payment gateway to be introduced late into renting an apartment. It must process all major credit cards and paypal.
