Develop PHP application and provide additional functionalities

The PHP developer wil provide additional functionality. The current PHP application performs user registration, authentication, and transaction processing via a MySQL database. Current input channels for the PHP app include SMS text via a hosted SIM card, BlackBerry Application, and Website-based transactions. Improved functionality includes setting up an IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system for both incoming transactions and for outgoing confirmation to users, setting up an interface to make payment requests from financial institutions/card acquirers (potentially via ISO 8583), Deliverables are working and tested PHP Back-End and MySQL Database utilizing SMS, IVR, Mobile App, Desktop App, and Website input channels. The Mobile App Developer is expected to deliver simple BlackBerry, iOS, Android, and Symbian applications and a PC Desktop Application (no language preference) that have the full functionality of the Web Service and connect to the relevant parts of the PHP Back-End. IT Security Expert/Linux Systems Administrator Mobile App Developer (BlackBerry, iOS, Android, and Symbian), and Graphic Designer sought to work together to port and upgrade a LAMP (PHP) Web App configure the various servers (e.g. Firewall, LAMP, etc.), Access Controls, Information Security Policy, and any other activity necessary to ensure information safety (and as a result of the policy, PCI DSS Compliance) Key deliverable is a platform that passes the QSA and ASV Level-1 PCI DSS Audit, while having information and data security built in from the inception. The Graphic Designer is expected to offer professional opinion on website, desktop, and mobile app design and aesthetics. Deliverables are images, mockups, and graphics to be used on the website, desktop, and mobile apps.
