DJGPP C programmer WATTCP apps

we have built a graphical user interface for the Freedos distribution that has the following features; - drag & drop, translucent skins, mpeg, mp3, and many more features.. - TCP/IP (but no front end applications ie FTP, Email or web client we need an experienced programmer that is committed to completing this job as we have had people take the jobs and just never reply. first mile stone is $80 then we go from there. this job is worth $600AUD basically for milestone 1 we need and FTP, Email and text web browser. we have all the source code but we are not experienced enough to integrate it fully. i have added a screenshot of what the GUI looks like. thank you!
