Crisp database program fix(repost)

I need this program repaired. It was originally written to pull contacts from the nih website [login to view URL] I think the main problem is that the linking is broken and the export function is not right. It fails to return all of the necessary results in the excel spreadsheet. Attached is the copy of the program code and the original instruction sheet. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform Report need to export into Excel 2003 or 2007 format
