Create Seven Page Templates

We require a Web designer to create seven separate page templates. These templates will form the base of the inner pages of a site. They should be able to hold a core page of information and easily fit any screen resolution. To provide an example of a page I particularly like, see <[login to view URL]> We require seven page templates designing based on the following themes: * Subliminal/mind page template -- page to represent new age thinking, the mind, subliminal messages * Subliminal/mind page template II -- Another similar design, yet with an emphasis on subliminal music, ie. mind pictures and music symbols mixed together. * Relaxation music page template -- Template representing relaxing music CDs. * Outlook data page template -- Template representing Outlook, perhaps utilizing the logo and XP-styled e-mail icons. * Hypnosis page template -- Template representing hypnosis in a non-tacky form. Think a very subtle representation of the profession. * Speed reading page template -- Template representing a speed reading site. Again, not corny but very intelligent and subtle design. * Car parking ticket page template -- Template representing a site designed to give advice on dodging parking fines. All the pages will require a menu at the top with the links "Home", "Screenshots", "FAQ", "Affiliates", "Contact Us" and "BUY NOW!" (we may add/remove menu items on accepting a bid). They will each also each require full headers, footers, possibly a sidebar, etc... again, see <[login to view URL]> for the sort of page we have in mind. Please ONLY bid if you can handle the job VERY professionally. No amateurs please. Kindly provide sample site designs for checking.
