Build a Cylon costume

I need an old style Cylon suit to be made for me. It would need to include the helmet, chest and back plates, shin guards, utiliy belt and arm bits. It will fit over black clothing and should be able to fit on a wide variety of people. It needs to be based on the 1980s Battlestar galactica series, not the new series.
