Create an Animation

Animation has been done for the homepage at www.advantageind.com. It was done in Adobe Edge and has worked fine for a couple of months. It stopped working properly in Chrome after that browser's recent update (v.36). Instead of the gear rotating around the arc, it spins in one spot. From the Adobe User forum, I understand this is happens for anything that rotates in Edge. Chrome is the only browser that displays this improperly. I need to know if this can be fixed so the animation displays properly in Chrome and still have it display properly in other browsers. The client doesn't want to wait for Adobe and Chrome to get their acts together. I don't know what it'll take so it's tough to accurately post a budget.
