Children book animation and illustration

Hi, I'm looking for an excellent animator and illustrator to do a story of 12pages, the most important part of the story is the animation part it should be in mp3 format, and pictures should be in png format 1024*768. The animation in this story looks like a video as it will start with one boy and zoom out to family, home .......finally the globe. If you are not sure you can make the above part of the story plz dnt bid. Plz note it's e-learning and I'm looking for best quality. Regards, Helda
