C# utility to export WAB to VCF

============================= == Project Description ============================= 1. Create C# application to read Windows address book files (WAB), then export all entries to one VCF file. The VCF file must match the format created by an android device (v4.4.x and up) when contacts are exported. To verify, the VCF file created will then be imported on an Android device to verify all entries are correctly formatted. 2. Program inputs: - path to input .wab file - path to output .VCF file - Mechanism to map WAB entry fields to fields in VCF file which is editable. Program must not be recompiled to make field mapping changes. - Configuration file where the above entries are stored. 3. Program output: - VCF file created at path specified. - Display number of records found/created. - debug output (if enabled) 4. Program must be able to run from command line to allow its execution to be automated/scripted. 5. Ability to run in debug mode for each entry found showing what fields in the WAB file correspond to fields in the VCF file. 6. Program must run on Windows: XP, 7.x, 8.x b. Program must have no auxiliary requirements such as having Outlook or any other programs installed. c. Requirements such as .Net are OK. d. Program must not be a wrapper to another program unless the source code for it is provided as well. e. Comment code such that it can be easily understood f.
