Create an Android app which reads location data and reports to online DB

I am an android developer and i have been developing android applications for quite sometime. I have worked on quite a few location based projects in which i used FusedLocationApi for accurate location updates. I have done location reporting of the device to the internet as well. I think in order to insert data to online DB, a backend server scripting is needed using c#, php, python,... or any similar technology. do you have already a working backend? or does this project include making the backend and its DB?\ thanks

You need to make db server or use some 3rd party free database ex. Firebase also. Or if you already have, I can negotiate your detail functional requirements for the project and start as soon as I get enough. Or if you do not have, I may recommend you to use the Firebase a bit. :)
