Hello, With prior expertise in the domain, I understand that requirement is to develop a fleet management taxi mobile app for both passengers and drivers similar to UBER Regarding project - It will have following main essentials: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - Passengers & Drivers apps - Super-Admin - Cab companies admin - Front-end website - Web-services (for database connectivity) - Designs - Payment/E-commerce module - Call center admin & help-desk/ticketing module Few Questions ------------------------ 1) I believe we need to build a SaaS based system where multiple cab companies can register themselves & provide their services. Please confirm 2) Bookings - Advance booking- I believe both advance & future bookings will be part of the project. For advance bookings, we'll implement a algorithm i.e. wrt to customer location, Google map will pop-out the available nearby taxi drivers (may be 5-7 most nearest drivers and user will be able to contact the driver based upon his/her preference Future bookings : I believe user will have to fill a form with details like destination point, pick-up point, date, time (from calendar picker), No: of passengers, any amenities (wheel chair, , Smoke provision etc), luggage/bags. After submitting the form, a request will be circulated open-ended and the free available driver will accept it & thus two way conversation gets started between the parties. regards Avi
