Android app that uses google image search

I need an app as a widget, that uses the camera to take pictures of anything and then uses that image to make a google image search of that object in specific websites, which will be many and the list will keep growing. After the image is found, I want to display a text view with all the urls of the websites that were found and display those urls as links to the websites. This will be a widget in the homescreen and it will also be available through the lock screen. I need a manual with detailed explanation of all the code used in the app, in order for me to understand what was made so I can make changes if necesarry.
