Build a simple real estate game/app

I am looking for someone to develop a simple realestate game that allows users to buy and sell property. There are obviously a large number of variables to manage for gameplay. I would like to discuss the details over messaging rather than post details here right now. IF you can provide me examples of your work or portfolio and I will discuss with candiates once I have reviewed them. Only place bids if you have actual game design and ability to deliver. Time line and scope is not fully developed as I am new to some of activities in developing a game so I will rely on my discussion and negotiations with the successful candidate. So you must be creative and able to add constructive ideas and advice on the project. The game is not believed to be a highly profitable game, but more aims to be a testing and teaching platform for its users. There is however a viable income stream if the project is successful and adopted by my end client. So with this in mind I am looking for a motivated developer who really wants to be part of this project as I am happy to negotiate a % stake in the profit earned from the final product. There will also be the need to further manage and develop the game as it grows and my end client signs up new users. (End users will mostly be teenage students).
