Hi We need 2 apps developing. For both iPhone and Android devices. First app. This is going to list location 'hot spots', these locations need to be pulled from a database and these do change daily/weekly. Each of these locations will have a 'number' which is also pulled from the database. What the client needs is not only to display these hot spots with their number pulled from the database but also it detects the location you're in and shows you options of getting to that location. Second app. This is going to be a 'monitoring' app, and monitor current apps and data on your iPhone/Android devices. Similar to I guess 'little snitch' network monitor. This is a very brief outline of the apps, but hopefully they should be self explanatory enough to a. know if you can do it b. provide a quote and enquire with any questions or queries you have Thanks

Hi, First app is ok/doable (I'll need more info about it), second app- not so much. Assuming you want to distribute your app via apple store - you can't have such monitor functionality in your app. For android- I guess you can have network monitor but I'm not sure will that app work on the device which is't rooted.
