Create A DB to Deposite pdf files

Currently, there is a directory at [[login to view URL]][1] which is created to store pdf files and salesman can download the pdf file. Here is my requirement: 1. Make this directory [[login to view URL]][1] password protected with one Common User Name and password. 2. Create an Admin where Admin can create/delete Directories and upload pdf files to those directories plus able to delete unwanted files. Each time the file is uploaded, it will have a Date and Time Stamp displayed next to it (in a column next to the file). Almost just like the way we create folders in FTP or Explorer and store files there. 3. User, once log in will be able to see the folders and choose the files to down to their laptop and smart phone. Files uploaded will be listed in descending order (on date and time). Server is Microsoft Server running .net.
