Amazon Data - open to bidding

Please viist this site as this will definitely help in understanding what I am going to say below. I have very little coding background so please also bear with me. [login to view URL] handles the customer end-to-end, the handle the payments, checkouts etc., I believe this is aganst amazon affiliate program. I have a friend who can create a website, in fact we already have a domain, arenade.com. But as you will visit the site, you can see that the site is still blank. This is because he says that he cannot get the amazon data and therefore we cannot get started on the website. So this is my plan. If you can show me that your way of getting amazon data is 1. sustainable 2. efficient, I would like to build a long-term partnership with you on this. My plan is to hire you to gather the amazon data. My friend will be the one to develop the main website and will integrate the data that your program will provide. I have though a few challenges and please let me know if we can workaround this: 1. I dont have an affiliate account with amazon. As I believe this will be against the licesne agreement of amazon, I don't think we will be able to apply for one. 2. I have not seen amazon extracted data so it would be hard for me and my friend to discuss how we can integrate the infromation and the website. Let me know what you think.
