After Effects Flip Chart Customization -- Follow Up

I have a small job in After Effects which I need fairly quickly. I have purchased the file at the link below, and need to customize this piece of code in 3 different variations, using different sets of numbers. I will need it exported afterward to an .mov file. I've attached an example of one of them which we did previously (we were very happy with it, but have not been able to reach the original artist). As you see, I need it to have other words (which do not flip -- they are static) on the screen as well, so it would actually end up saying 4000 Free Dental Treatments.
