Budgeting in Quickbook

We are operating on Quickbooks Premier - Accountant Edition 2010. Firstly we wish to have an expert to explain/show us how to write special reports on Quickbooks from existing fields. For example, to have a quick overview of daily situation, i would like to have a modified report for Sales budget/actual and variance, overhead expenses budget/actual and variance, purchase budget/actual and variance, creditors payment, etc. In short, i want to be able to write any report with any existing fields. I am already familiar with 'modify field' with filters, accounts, etc.. Secondly I wish to use the budgeting facilities on a daily basis. For example, rent, electricity, utilities need to be paid at specific date. Similarly all bank charges and wages are also paid at specific dates. In our Quickbooks, it seem to be limited on a monthly basis and when report are printed at specific range of dates, the budget for these specific items are divided proportionately. I find difficult to follow the budget if it cannot be budgeted and compare with actual on a daily basis and weekly basis. We would also need to be able to plan the payments of creditors on a weekly basis and see if there is enough budget to pay them. Thirdly management of variances - to manage variances of inflows and expenses, we found easy to export the data onto an excel which are manipulated easily. I need help in managing these variances directly in Quickbooks. Thanks for looking.
