Analyze city general fund budget balance sheet

This project is for accountants and those comfortable with looking at a balance sheet for a city's budget. This project needs to be completed quickly. Specifically, you will look at an Excel spreadsheet with two tabs, one for Revenue and one for Expenses - both for the city's general fund. You'll analyze the budget to identify the important sectors of city operations, operational trends, and potential areas of concern for the average taxpayer. You'll need to summarize your analysis in the form of a 2 page executive summary. Let me know your skills, experience, and if you can handle the work quickly. It is not a very difficult job, and should not take very long (the balance sheet is relatively small).
