This project is for a customer tracking database using Access. It would be used by CSR's answering calls from customers. It should be a simple form with fields for customer info such as name, phones, address, where they found us, etc. It would also include a status modifier to identify a lead as a lead, booked appointment, or completed job. It would also contain drop downs for various service descriptions. We would need to produce reports based on these fields. Reports would be on city, advertisement, job descriptions, etc. Future modifications may be required.
