Debug my site

We have a problem with our site, it displays internal server error and we have no technical background therefore we are not able to fix it. Ideal party should be able to fix this problem. Able to read chinese(simplified) will be advantage. We are not techncial person, therefore i hope the ideal party will be patience with our stupid questions.
