Create A Form To Database

I have a software database called Top Producer 7i. It allows me to create standard forms for lead generation. The problem is that they do not support updating or changing the forms. I need a programmer to take the form code in .ASP and update it to link with my database. They are telling me that all the source code is availible in the file they sent me. It is simply going to take a programmer to create some drop down menues and code the form to go directly to the correct database field. I would like to build 3 forms. They are all the same except for a few differences. A Realtor/broker inquiry form Investor Form Buyer Form If the database field is does not match the form field provided, the system automatically stores it in the notes. The form needs to look exactly like the one I'm uploading. I've uploaded the source code for the form in ASP format. They also have a .cpp version as well. Lastly, I need to host these forms somewhere, so I will need some help and direction of how to do it. Once you are awarded the project, I will give you the usernames and passwords to the websites so you can play around and work out the bugs. Happy Bidding!!
