ASP site Revamp

We have an existing site that was written and operated by an offshore hosting company in India. We have proven our concept and are ready to go ahead with a more professional development using a developer here in the GTA area preferably. Site is currently written in ASP and scripts data off multiple different sources over the internet. We have been displaying and logging the data in a basic format. We hope to develop this data into a more user friendly, interactive interface which can form graphs to display trends and more detailed information. Developer would need to be skilled in scripting information off other sites. Don't really have a preference as to if it stays as asp or changes to another programming language, as long as it functions properly. Site focuses on mining and mineral pricing/content.
