Desktop application for import/export - ASP.NET (VB.NET), SQL 2008

We have a web based Document Management System, developed with ASP.NET (VB.Net) and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 We want a desktop application to import and export the documents between local machine (or local Network) and our DMS (DMS can be installed locally or in the web). We need the following features: 1. User can creat an import/export task 2. User can edit an import/export task 3. User select a folder form local machine or local network 4. User will see the selected folder and all subfolders as checked. If he don´t want to copy a subfolder, he can uncheck that folder. Also all the subfolders will be unchecked. 5. User select an existing folder. 6. All folders with subfolders and documents will be copied to the the selected folder. Same folder names will be created and the documents also has the same document names. 7. The above described process is one task. User can make as many tasks as he wants. Each task will be handled separately and will be processed separately. Each task should have own task name. 8. After a task is finished, the application will compare all folder names, document names, date, time and document size to be sure, that 100% data is copied. If there are some differences, then user will see a list of all documents with problems/errors with the whole path to the document. So he can compare or copy that document separately. 9. User can anytime just compare folders between local and DMS to see the differences. 10. All the data must be encrypted before coping. 11. It should work like “CloudBerry Explorer for Amazon S3” tab “Sync Folders” ([login to view URL]). 12. Look at the CloudBerry Explorer screenshots in the attached document.
