Create webpage to show data from MySQL database on same server.

We have a mySQL databse which contains order data.
We need to create a webpage which shows this order data. ou will need to query approx 5 tables to get all the required data.
I will answer all questions and help identify data structure.
Hourly project needed urgently, examples of similar project required.
