Create API documentation using Swagger

I am looking for a Swagger expert to work on creating usable documentation for my application REST api. The REST api is built in asp.net WebApi2. So, experience in this technology would be required. I would prefer automatically generated documentation (SwashBuckle) as much as possible. Only someone who has prior experience in these tools please bid. Please bid with the cost to document a single endpoint.
